1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and the i1win platform management ("i1win", "we", or "the platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by i1win.

By accessing the i1win platform through any device or completing the registration process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms contained in this document, as well as the Privacy Policy and all other policies published by i1win from time to time.

2 Member Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use i1win's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years of age at the date of registration and at all times during use of the platform.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
• Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online gaming.
• Your account has never been banned or suspended by i1win previously.
• Registering an account for personal use only and not in a professional capacity or on behalf of another person.

Each member is only permitted to own and operate one active account at a time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of all balances and wins.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times. i1win reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents — including a copy of your ID, proof of address, and any other documents deemed necessary — before processing any withdrawal or at any point during your membership.

3 Deposit & Payment Methods

I1win accepts deposits via various supported payment methods including local bank transfers (FPX), e-wallets, and other methods listed on the platform's Deposit page. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

The following deposit-related points must be fully understood:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by selected payment method and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly or within a short time depending on the payment method used.

4 Withdraw Funds

I1win members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions being fully met:

• Account identity verification (KYC) has been completed and confirmed by i1win.
• There is no fraudulent activity or terms violation associated with your account.
• All wagering requirements for any active bonus have been fully met.
• The destination bank account must be in the same name as the registered i1win account holder.
• The set minimum and maximum withdrawal limits have been met.

I1win processes valid withdrawal requests within the stipulated timeframe. However, some requests may require additional review for security or compliance reasons, which may extend processing time. i1win reserves the right to request supporting documents for any withdrawal request before approving it.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

General terms applicable to all i1win bonuses and promotions:

All games offered on the i1win platform operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been verified and certified by independent international bodies. This ensures that every round, spin, or game outcome is completely random and free from any manipulation.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is substantial evidence of a technical failure confirmed by i1win.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, i1win will assess the situation based on system records and make a fair decision in accordance with the platform's internal policies.
• Wins obtained through exploitation of system bugs will not be paid out and the account in question will be investigated.
• I1win reserves the right to void any bet or game involved in suspicious or abnormal circumstances.

7 Prohibited Activities & Platform Abuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the i1win platform and may result in immediate account termination and legal action where necessary:

• Registering or operating more than one account using the same or different identities.
• Use of bots, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools to play or manipulate games.
• Collusion between members to exploit bonuses or manipulate the platform (bonus abuse / collusion).
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.

• Use of the platform for any money laundering or illegal financing activities.
• Transferring funds between member accounts without i1win's authorization.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

I1win reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Confirmed fraudulent, manipulative, or platform abuse activity.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Inability to verify a member's identity when requested to do so.

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting the i1win customer support team. Prior to closure, all valid real-money balances will be returned to the member subject to the required verification process.

For accounts closed due to a terms violation, i1win reserves the right to forfeit all balances including bonuses and winnings associated with the violating activity, with no compensation to the member concerned.

9 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

I1win provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, i1win hereby disclaims all express or implied warranties regarding the suitability, reliability, and accuracy of the platform.

• I1win is not responsible for any financial losses suffered by members as a result of gaming activity on the platform.
• I1win is not responsible for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party server issues, or natural disasters.
• I1win is not responsible for any losses arising from the use of your account by unauthorized third parties.
• I1win's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
